If you have accidentally purchased an entry and wish to cancel your purchase for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase at support@tapsmedia.ca. We will process your refund request as soon as possible and issue a refund to your original payment method.
It is important to note that, unfortunately, we are unable to grant refunds after the 24-hour grace period has expired. This is because we process all of our entries in a timely manner and, after 24 hours, it is unlikely that we will be able to cancel or change your entry before it is processed.
